Sherri Sacks never had a brochure printed before but she knew she needed one to keep ahead of the pack. Her main real estate focus is on the highly competitive market in Sun City Shadow Hills, Indio. A printer recommend Elizabeth to Sherri and these two were off and running after their first phone conversation. Sherri did have a few prerequisites for Elizabeth to follow. The first being to follow the Windemere style guide; another being to use a few of their pages of art work; use her copy and brand and make it look like it all goes together perfectly. That is what Elizabeth achieved by blending Sherri’s information and style with Windemere’s marketing brand. The eight page Sherri Sacks brochure was printed on light card stock with a nice matte finish. They are both pleased with the results.
